This Privacy Policy explains how 3code ("3code", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use our automated client-reporting service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Who we are

3code provides automated reporting for marketing agencies. The Service connects to advertising and analytics platforms with read-only access in order to build performance reports. If you have any questions, contact us at support@3code.tech.

2. Information we access

To provide the Service, we access the following with your explicit authorization:

• Account and contact information you give us directly, such as your name, email address and the name of your agency.
• Advertising and analytics data from the third-party platforms you connect, accessed with read-only permissions:
  • Google Ads: campaign performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost and conversions;
  • Google Analytics 4: traffic, engagement and conversion metrics;
  • Google Search Console: search clicks, impressions and average position.

We request only the scopes needed to read reporting metrics. We do not request or use write or management permissions, and we never create, modify, pause or delete campaigns, ads, budgets or bids.

3. How we use information

• To build, format and deliver performance reports to you, and to your clients when you ask us to;
• To schedule and automate recurring report delivery;
• To provide support and to contact you about the Service.

We do not use the data you connect for advertising, profiling or resale, and we do not use it to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. The data is used only to provide the reporting features you ask for.

4. Google API Services — Limited Use disclosure

3code's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

• We access Google user data only to provide the reporting features described in this policy;
• We do not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties for advertising or marketing;
• We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements;
• We do not let people read Google user data, unless you have given consent for a specific support request, it is needed for security or to comply with the law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

5. How we store and protect data

Access tokens and connected-account credentials are stored in encrypted form and used only to retrieve reporting metrics. We use standard technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, disclosure or loss, and access is limited to the people who need it to run the Service.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with:

• Service providers, such as hosting and email-delivery vendors, that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations;
• Recipients you choose, for example the clients who receive your reports;
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

7. Data retention and deletion

We keep connected-account data only for as long as we need it to provide the Service. You can disconnect a data source or ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to support@3code.tech. You can also revoke 3code's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions. After you disconnect or request deletion, we remove the related tokens and data within a reasonable period, unless the law requires us to keep them.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@3code.tech.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
